Train services disrupted on upcountry line

The train services on the railway track between Hatton and Kotagala on the Upcountry Railway Line have been disrupted due to a mound of earth and a tree collapsing onto the tracks.

According to the Railway Department, restoration work to clear the obstruction and restore normal railway traffic has already commenced.
