President Ranil Wickremesinghe and the Tamil Members of Parliament representing the Northern and Eastern provinces are slated to convene a roundtable discussion today (Dec.21).
According to reports, the meeting will take place at 3:00 p.m. at the Presidential Secretariat in Colombo.
MP Shanakiyan Rasamanickam said that although multiple rounds of meetings were held with the Head of State, the issues of the people in the North and East are yet to be resolved.
