Section of Rampart Street in Galle Fort caves in

A section of the Rampart Street in the historic Galle Fort, a famous tourist attraction, has caved-in.

A ten-foot section with a diameter of about five feet has caved-in, Ada Derana reporter said.

Accordingly, authorities have taken steps to close the impacted section of the Rampart Street.
