Due to the low-level atmospheric disturbance in the vicinity of Sri Lanka, showery condition is expected to be continue further. Heavy showers about 100mm are likely at some places in Central, Sabaragamuwa, Uva and Eastern provinces. Maximum Rainfall of 90.4mm reported in Bibila area ( Monaragala ).

Showers or thundershowers will occur at several places in most provinces of the island after 1.00 p.m on May 15th. Heavy showers about 100mm are likely at some places in Central, Sabaragamuwa, Uva and Eastern provinces. Showers may occur in Western and Southern coastal areas during the morning too.
