The Public Utilities Commission of Sri Lanka (PUCSL) has decided to seek public opinion regarding the revision of electricity tariffs proposed by the Ceylon Electricity Board (CEB) for 2023.
The proposed third electricity tariff revision 2023 proposal submitted to the PUCSL by the CEB can be accessed on the website www.pucsl.gov.lk.
Written comments and suggestions from the public and other stakeholders regarding the proposed third electricity tariff revision in 2023 will be accepted till October 18, 2023.
The oral stakeholder consultation on the same will be held on October 18, 2023, at the Bandaranaike Memorial International Conference Hall (BMICH), Colombo.
This stakeholder consultation is conducted in terms of the powers assigned to the Commission under Section 17 of the Sri Lanka Public Utilities Commission Act No. 35 of 2002.
