The All Ceylon Restaurant and Restaurant Owners Association has announced a price reduction for popular dishes, effective from midnight on September 29.
According to Harshana Rukshan, the association’s president, the price of fried rice and kottu roti will be reduced by 40 rupees, while egg roti will see a 30-rupee drop.
This decision comes after a recent decrease in egg prices. Rukshan urged authorities to take action against black market operators who fail to pass these savings on to consumers. Positive news for food lovers!
