Pfizer vaccines as the 2nd dose to those who had AstraZeneca stopped

Administering Pfizer vaccines by Sri Lanka Army as 2nd dose to those who had been vaccinated with AstraZeneca will be stopped from today as Sri Lanka will receive 1.4 million doses of AstraZeneca by 3rd week of July says Army Commander.
