Speed up the Minipe Left Bank Canal Rehabilitation Project

During an observation tour of the Minipe Anicut  construction site, President Ranil Wickremesinghe instructed the officials to speed up the Minipe Left Bank Canal Rehabilitation Project, which has been delayed for over 3 years due to various reasons, and give its benefits to the farmers before the next season.
