Iran begins attack on Israel launching drones

Dozens of drones are airborne from Iran toward Israel, according to Israeli media reported Saturday night citing Israeli and US intelligence. Sky News Arabia citing Iranian media: More than 50 Iranian drones were launched towards Israel. According to a U.S. Official, between 50-75 One-Way “Suicide” Drones have been launched by Iran against Israel.

Iranian State Media claims that the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) has now launched Medium-Range Ballistic Missiles against Israel.

A Senior U.S. Official has told ABC News that they expect Iran to launched between 400-500 One-Way “Suicide” Drones and Missiles against Israel in an attempt to Overwhelm their Air Defenses.

Iranian Revolutionary Guards say attack on Israel involves drones and missiles. The Iranian Defense Minister says any country that opens its airspace or territory to Israel for attacking Iran will face our decisive response.

Brown, Director Bill Burns, Director Avril Haines, National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan, Principal Deputy National Security Advisor Jon Finer, Counselor to the President Steve Ricchetti and National Security Council Coordinator for the Middle East and North Africa Brett McGurk will attend in person. Vice President Harris and Chief of Staff Jeff Zients will attend by secure video.   Earlier today, the President was briefed on events in the Middle East by National Security Advisor Sullivan and Principal Deputy National Security Advisor Finer.
