HRCSL appointed special Rapporteur to investigate May 9 unrest

A special Rapporteur (an experienced prosecutor, defense lawyer & President’s Counsel) has been appointed by the chairperson of the Human Rights Commission to investigate in to the violent incidents that took place on May 9 & 10.
