Sniper Computer Game ‘Nero’ released

A Computer Game ‘Nero’ has been released. NERO created as a tribute to popular Sri Lankan Sniper Ranjith Madalana, who is named as one among the greatest 14 snipers in the world. The game was released by “Arimac”, Sri Lanka’s leading end-to-end Digital Solutions and Innovations organization.

Developers say Nero game was not created to promote war and violence in Sri Lanka but as a tribute to the late war hero via a fictional story line.

Ranjith Premasiri Madalana (Nero) was listed 14 Of The World’s Deadliest Snipers. He had 180 confirmed kills against LTTE. He would later be killed by an enemy sniper in 2009, 20 days before the end of the conflict.
