The Cabinet of Ministers has approved allocation of an additional Rs. 3 billion to the already allocated Rs. 10 billion for the purchase of paddy from the Maha season, says Mahinda Amaraweera, the Minister of Agriculture.
Thereby, the total allocation made for the purchase of paddy from the Maha season is Rs. 13 billion.
